You too can have an 18-carat gold penis enlarger, encrusted with diamonds and rubies…for only $47,000. That is what a Saudi man ordered. I bet if he had just gone to a local porn shop he could have found one for $20 that would have worked just as well. Of course, in Saudi Arabia, there are no porn shops. Then again, I don’t think there’s much evidence that a penis enlarger works either.
